Connect working life with your household finances. Employers and employees, unions and collective agreements explain how conditions at work are negotiated. Pay, tax, saving and borrowing explain how money moves through a personal budget.
Keep related documents separate: an employment agreement concerns an individual job, while a collective agreement covers conditions negotiated between labour-market parties. When comparing costs, look beyond the first payment to the full commitment.
