Follow a public decision from proposal to everyday service. Parliament, government, agencies, regions and municipalities have different jobs. Learning those roles makes questions about schools, healthcare and national laws easier to untangle.
Build a simple responsibility map as you read: who decides, who carries out the decision, and who scrutinises the work? Keep the head of state’s representative role separate from political decision-making.
