Start with understanding
QuickSwedish is an independent study service for Swedish and civics. You can read explanations in English, Swedish, Simplified Chinese or Arabic, then return to the Swedish wording. Our practice is not an official test or an assessment of citizenship eligibility.
A useful question teaches one idea. Read the question, choose an answer, then look at the explanation and the Swedish terms. The explanation matters more than a practice score.
How questions are written
Our question standard starts with a topic in Sverige i fokus and the most specific relevant official source. The target is one defensible answer and three plausible alternatives that reflect real misunderstandings.
The standard calls for an explanation of the correct answer, reasons the other options are wrong, key Swedish vocabulary, a source link and a checked date. Translations should preserve the meaning and keep Swedish names recognizable. Course labels and practice settings are not official test requirements.
What “checked” should mean
The editorial standard requires a source check and a question-by-question review of facts, ambiguity, Swedish wording and translations. It also calls for an independent sample of at least 20% of each chapter. A factual error, or two other quality failures in that sample, sends the chapter back for revision and a new sample.
That is our review standard, not a claim that every published question has completed independent or native-language review. Read the source and checked date shown with a question. A date records a check at that point in time; it does not mean the information can never change. We do not claim that UHR or a teacher has approved our questions.
Go back to the source
UHR: Sverige i fokus and study material is the starting point for civics study. Our summaries and translations are independent learning aids, not official translations of the book.
Riksdagen: legislation is used for legal and constitutional facts. Migrationsverket is the source for citizenship application information. Use UHR for current test information.
We do not turn a proposal or timetable into a confirmed test date. If a rule, date or pass mark is not established by the relevant authority, we should say so.
An independent service
QuickSwedish is not affiliated with UHR, Migrationsverket or any government agency. Source links are there so you can verify information; they are not endorsements. Practice results do not guarantee an official result or a citizenship decision.
Fika is an early-access project with a separate waitlist. It is not included in any plan yet. See plan prices and current availability.
Questions, contact & corrections
Send the page link, question ID if available, the wording you think is wrong and a supporting source to hello@quickswedish.com. You can also report translation or accessibility problems. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive case details.
We can investigate a report against its source and correct the wording or withdraw a question when necessary. We do not promise a response deadline or claim that all content has been independently reviewed.
