The 14-day money-back guarantee
For either paid plan, request a full refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason, at hello@quickswedish.com. This is a commercial money-back promise, not a promise of passing an official test.
Use the account email and include the payment reference if available. Do not send full card details.
Stopping a plan
Pro can be stopped any month. From zero is one payment for six months, not six monthly instalments.
A billing portal and a cancellation workflow are not available while payment is closed. Before sales begin, checkout must state how cancellation works and whether any renewal is involved. Contact us for questions; we do not claim that a dashboard cancellation button exists.
Your legal rights
The commercial guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Different withdrawal rules can apply to digital content and digital services. This page does not assume that you have waived any rights.
