What does the human right to a nationality, which Sweden must respect, mean?
Correct answer: No one may be arbitrarily deprived of citizenship
The UN declaration protects the right to a nationality and against arbitrary deprivation of it. It does not give an unconditional right to choose any country’s citizenship.
