What applies to corporal punishment as a method of raising children in Sweden?
Correct answer: It is prohibited at home too
Children must not be subjected to corporal punishment or other degrading treatment. The ban also applies to parents; responsibility for upbringing gives no right to hit. In 1979 Sweden became the first country in the world to ban corporal punishment of children.
